Analysis & Design: Most new features, solutions and functionalities have been identified by the Members of the Association and communicated to the Computer Technical Team. Requests are approved by the Board of Directors and integrated in the Application at no extra cost to the Members. As a result, each Member receives the benefits of the ideas of all the other Members for free.
Debugging:
Bugs identified by any Users are directly communicated to the Computer Technical Team who will solve these as soon as possible in order to minimize business disruption. This service is free of charge. Furthemore, the application itself incorporates a Log Module enabling Users to report both new features / solutions / functionalities and bugs.
Development: Several releases including new features, solutions functionalities or debugging are distributed each month. These releases are distributed to all Members free of charge.
Installation:
WQXS Tech Team will liaise with your local IT Provider to ensure a smooth installation, runninng and support of your business This service is free of charge.
A member of the Computer Technical Team will travel to your location and install all the applications developed by the Association in cooperation with your own local IT support Company. This service is charged (at cost) at the current rate of EUR 150,- per half day (4 hours) (+ travelling costs, accommodation, food & beverage).
Training: The members of the Computer Technical Team are available during normal working hours for remote training sessions with your staff. This service is free of charge.

Support:

within working hours: The members of the Computer Technical Team are available during normal working hours for telephone support. This service is free of charge. -
outside working hours: As our industry works around the clock, our Computer Technical Team also provides support (for business critical requests only) outside normal working hours (including nights and week-ends). This service is charged (at cost) at the rate of EUR 18,75 per half hour. |
