What do you get and how much does it cost ?

What is the current Monthly Contribution ?

For 2013, the Monthly Contribution for New Members is EUR 576,- per Station/Site (irrespective of the number of Users) and for Full Members of EUR 144,- per User with a minimum of EUR 576,- per Station/Site.

What is covered by the Monthly Contributions ?

There are no hidden costs of the Membership. The payment of the Monthly Contribution includes the right to use all applications developed by the Association as well as the support during normal business hours, as well as all new Modules which are constantly being developped.

What costs are not covered by the Monthly Contributions ?

The only extra charges applicable are the following:
  • on site installation and training:
    The installation of the applications and the initial training at the location of the Member is charged (at cost) at EUR 37,50 per hour. The travelling costs, accommodation, food & beverage are the responsibility of the Member.

A normal installation usually requires an initial 4 to 5 days. An additional training period of 4 to 5 days is recommended 2 or 3 weeks after the initial installation;

  • out of hours support:
Hot-line Support for business critical requests are available outside normal business hours (including nights and week-ends). This is charged (at cost) at EUR 18,75 per half hour.
