A: Of course, with your laptop you can connect to your system and request any information you want to show. You can even produce reports/invoices that you can leave in PDF format.

A: If and when the technical details are available to the WQXS team, it usualy takes a couple of days to set up a normal interface.

A: No depending on your volumes, all of these modules can run simultaneously on a single server. In case of small companies it even can run on a simple laptop.

A: When the data entry is confirmed on the WEB, it takes no more than 15 minutes to be available in ORBITRAX

A: It mainly depends upon the frequency of update that is requested in the ORBITRAX application. If no delay is specified it can be as quick as 15 minutes.

A: This ultimately depends on the physical set up of the system, depending on how many servers, what type of servers and what internet connection are available to the application. ORBITRAX.WEB for example is tuned for heavy transaction handling as a result of the "split database" structure used.

A: Yes, it is possible but it is not recommanded if you do not have a technical team available. You will also have to run the technical services that are needed, as well as the ORBITRAX.SMQ and this needs a good, in-depth coordination with the WQXS Computer Team.

A: Yes, it is possible to allocate the access to screens to groups (departments) or individuals separately. ORBITRAX.WIN provides a default security set-up that can be managed by an authorized system Manager.

A: ORBITRAX.WIN provides the facility to translate documents (invoices, credit notes, credit requests) provided to the customer in his language. The system provides the facility to define what languages are available to the company and a module to provide the translation. The language to be used is then selected in the customer definition.
