The purpose of the WQXS NETWORK is to develop a suite of applications / software designed exclusively for Express Operators. At this date, the Association has developed the following Applications / Modules:   ORBITRAX.WIN is a fully integrated Express Management Application enabling any Express Operator to manage its express transport and logistics business, from order to payment !   ORBITRAX.COM manages all data exchange between the various ORBITRAX Modules (WIN, FAX, MAIL, WEB,NET, POD, SMQ and SCAN)   ORBITRAX.FAX manages outgoing fax communications from ORBITRAX.WIN to third parties, including fax transmission reporting. The fax status is re-integrated into ORBITRAX.WIN communication logs (transmission confirmation, failure, re-send, etc ....).   ORBITRAX.MAIL manages outgoing e-mail communications from ORBITRAX.WIN to third parties, including e-mail transmission reporting. The e-mail status is re-integrated into ORBITRAX.WIN communication logs (transmission confirmation, failure, re-send, etc ....).   ORBITRAX.WEB enables internet access by Customers (HAWB on line Web Entry, Shipment Track & Trace, Service Guide, News & Promotions,  etc ...) and by Agents (Manifest Download, POD and Shipment Status update, ...), including all data exchange with ORBITRAX.WIN.   ORBITRAX.NET manages all common and shared data bases (Countries, Currencies, Zip/Post codes, Services) which are automatically distributed to all ORBITRAX.WIN sites and used by all Members.   ORBITRAX.SMQ manages the interfaces (data exchange) with third party applications (non Members of WQXS NETWORK), both Customers and Agents, including format and data conversion and synchronisation.   ORBITRAX.POD extracts PODs from web sites of third party Agents with whom there is no data exchange set up (with ORBITRAX.SMQ), enabling direct injection into ORBITRAX.WIN databases.   ORBITRAX.SCAN manages data exchange with Hand Held devices (such as Dolphin, HP or Blackberry), enabling upload of data from ORBITRAX.WIN to the device (details of Deliveries and pick-ups) as well as downloads from the device to ORBITRAX.WIN (POD and Shipment Status).
