ORBITRAX.WIN - Primary Files: ORBITRAX.WIN incorporates numerous Primary Files including: Countries, Gates, Zipcodes, Destinations, Currencies, Customers, Shippers, Consignees, Languages, Services, Routes, Flights, Vehicles, Staff, Security Groups, Customs value limits, ... As a result, ORBITRAX.WIN provides full validation of most data entered, limiting data entry errors. Shared (common) Primary files are interfaced with the central application ORBITRAX.NET (link)   Customers - Main: The Customer file includes full details, VAT validation, language, contacts, financial information, communication preferences (fax, e-mail, etc..)    Routing Entry: The Routing entry allows the user to define its Routes (combination of up to 5 Flights), including rates (multi-currency), frequency, cut-offs, ETA - Estimated Time of Arrival. Routes have a validity period (for example for summer or winter schedules) and can be de-activated if required.   Zipcode file: ORBITRAX.WIN contains zip code database for more than 70 Countries. Zips are freely allocated to Zones and Agents. This allows precise revenue/cost automatic allocation at data entry time.
