Customer Service functions and screens:

The customer service screens allows the staff to easily track shipments by a variety of criteria and to communicate easily about the shipments to Agents and/or Customers. the functions include fully flexible integrated communications and reporting options.
 

  • Advance search query: The search for shipment occurs by using a multi-criteria selection screen, All entered criteria are treated with an .AND. relation.

  • Advance search result: The list of selected shipments is presented for further processing and can further be sorted and/or filtered based on the displayed columns.

  • SSR Entry - Log entry: Entering a Log can be made either from the selection screen or directly from the HAWB detailed data screen.

  • SSR Import logs control: Lists the SSR logs received and their status.

  • Quotation Entry: A fully detailled quotation can be made to the customer for future acceptance/use and ready to be turned into an actual HAWB. All the details of the quotation and its history are kept into printable logs.
